begin to commit

I walked into the studio this morning to find Max, my cat basking in a ray of sunshine. A beautiful site, his whiskers glistening in the bright light. This vision excited me and I began to lay down the the whiskers, using graphite on Japanese Washi. The soft arcs are the beginning of todays work.
